We cannot accept changes or cancellations after payment has been made. Additionally, once you have applied for a ticket, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the performance is cancelled.
No refunds will be given unless the performance date and time is changed or canceled. Please be aware of this before purchasing your ticket. - Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances, performers, song titles, and other details may change.
- Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, so please keep them in a safe place until the day of the performance.
- If you forget your ticket on the day, you will not be able to enter. If you forget it, you will have to repurchase it, so please be careful.
